The investment section of the site is divided into four section; tax-free, stockmarket-linked investments, fundscentre and Inscape. Funds from twenty-four leading fund managers are offered in the fundscentre. Inscape is their investment management service, which helps customers to build up their portfolios.

Once investors have decided on a particular product or they wish to receive some more information there are a number of different routes they can take including, applying online, calling them or them calling you, request a fact sheet or visiting a branch.
